Well worth the wait time for first appointments. Dr. Winkelmann is one of the most genuine and caring practitioner's that I've encountered in years. He listens and takes time to understand all issues. He is methodical and conservative in recommending treatments. Given that he takes time with his patients, he may run behind schedule from time to time. Follow-up appointments are on time and...

I didn't make it through the appointment process. I was referred and they called me the very next day to make my appointment. Amy offered to make my appointment for tomorrow and then discreetly informed me that Dr. Winkelmann doesn't run on time. I'm so grateful for her honesty because I feel that a doctor that doesn't attempt to keep his appointment times feels that his time is more...

extremely long wait times no matter the time of day my appointments are scheduled. then, a hurried visit by Dr. Winkelmann, who does not seem to listen to my concerns or explain anything about his treatment plan. if you have to call and ask the nurse anything expect that it will take 48-72 hours for her to respond.

He gives eye contact and actually listens to what his patient hast to say and replies back with his recommendation. His chair side manner is great!
