Dr. Cooper is supper nice, I changed insurance plans at work Dr. Cooper sadly is out of his network. I'm choosing to pay out of pocket becuse he is the only dentist In Santa Barbara I trust.

The hygienists are nice but the receptionists gossip about patients. Dr. Cooper is kind of funny and the equipment is modern. But when I declined expensive, extensive procedures were obviously...
