Dr Epstein is nice. BUT... At my appointment, when he was performing my exam using the phoropter, I couldn't see clearly out of the lense because it was dirty/smudged. Lenses should be checked between patients, since dirty lenses cause errors in scripts & the spread of eye infections. I strongly encourage you to find another ENT. I went to Dr. Bernstein for sinus pressure following a sinus infection and he spent the majority of the exam focused on my ears including charging me $200 to remove a small amount of earwax, which was unnecessary. I was very scared to have to have cataract surgery. When I first met Dr. Epstein he made me feel so relaxed. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
