It is impossible to get an emergency appointment and very hard to get ahold of office staff let alone a nurse. When they say they will call you back they typically do not and when you call back in to touch base they have no idea what you are talking about and assure you again they will call you back and once again do not. Dr. Truman is a very calm and professional doctor. He listens to all of your questions and is very courtious with his answers. I never feel rushed and his whole staff is very caring and pleasant. And I know that he is very, very busy. He is the easiest doctor I have ever gotten in to see, when I am sick with a sudden virus or flu. I want to thank him for becoming a doctor.
