My experience has been to hire firms that are not suseptiple to engage in personal life while servicing a client, therefor would not reccommend this firm.

They were friendly and competent. I did suspect that they were determined to provide enough services (whether requested or wanted, or not) to use up the retained originally provided. Apart from that, I feel they did a good job helping us settle my mother's estate, and would recommend them to others.
