The legacy of the beloved Cubs' announcer lives on just a pitch away from Wrigley Field.

In Short It's fitting that Harry Caray's Restaurant Group chose the Cubs home opener (2008) as its first day of service. The decor blends a lively sports bar atmosphere with the look of a classic tavern with a mosaic tile floor,…

Tips about this business (4)

The place is packed before, during and after Cubs games. Even when the Boys of Summer are away, sports still dominate weeknights--though weekends are more about getting your groove on.

The Holy Cow! Burger allows diners to design their own creations from proteins like Tallgrass beef and venison, preparations such as peppercorn-crusted and garnishes that include sauteed wild mushrooms, pretzel rolls and Jack daniel's barbecue sauce.

The bar is 60-foot-6-inches, the distance from the pitcher's mound to home plate.

Classics from Harry Caray's Italian Steakhouse will be available, including Chicken Vesuvio and Dutchie's Salad. But the burger bar might be more fitting baseball food, even if the patties are gussied up with fancy ingredients.
