Love the studio. Great variety of leggings and tops to browse while waiting. Also really love the monthly advanced series with Theresa Murphy, my practice has changed dramatically since attending her workshops. The desk staff is always really helpful and recommending places for a quick bite before hitting the road again.

Took my first class this week. I cannot wait to return. Excellent experience. The heat combined with yoga was absolutely perfect.

During the winter wonderland of Feb and Mar 2015, I was back home in the Worcester from the Hilton Head / Savannah area. Metro West (Worc) is a Clean and Beautiful studio, filled with a ton of Amazing energy from fellow Yogis, Teachers/ Staff. Thank You Shon, Lilly, Anne and Brittany for the amazing flows.
