Morgan Grove apartments have the worst management team ever...they say they are kid friendly but they are not, they harass the kids and will harass you about stupid little things. All of the staff is just nasty and rude people. The plumbing SUCKS, the walls are too thin , u can hear everything from your neighbors apartment. Don't be fooled by the pool and play area, they really don't like kids and will make your kid feel unwanted. They SUCK!!!

I rented in the Layton Grove apartments for 1 year. The whole year I experienced a lot of issues from the management and their employees..First the parking spot that they assigned to us were very far away from our apartment. From the start this company uses false, and misleading, advertising. I gave them one star just to get the ""needle"" out of the mud. When I first applied they boasted an On-Site Manger & Maintenance person. They don't have one. I've lived at Washington Square Apartments in Cudahy for 2+ years, one of their properties. The building is clean, I will give them that much. But that is solely due to the efforts of one man, Jim, their live-in cleanup guy. From that point on it goes rapidly downhill. When Federal & State inspections are on the agenda ..... they hustle to correct things that are...

Takes months to get something repaired when you ask. Very outdated apartments. Not worth the price.
Poor customer service. Took 5 days to return a phone call. Very rude.
