My girlfriend and I have been living in this complex for close to 3 years now. We have no complaints, price, staff, safety everything has been great! Would definitely recommend!

The office staff has recently changed and they do not respond to voicemails. I have called the main office over 20 times in the past 2 weeks at different times of the day and they only return my voicemails (only left 6 out of the 20 phone calls) after I called their management corporation, Madrona Ridge. This apartment complex is in the perfect location. Its close to everything! Downtown Phoenix, Tempe/ASU, Chandler and Scottsdale. Its also right next to the the 10, the 60 and the 202.
It is really clean and quiet, and management is always quick to resolve any problems (although there are hardly any). The pools and workout facility are always well kept as well. Management throws parties for...

Very well kept complex, rent is way to much for all the problems with the Apts. Security Gates are always broken. You only have one choice for cable, internet service. If you are counting on high speed, you're not going to get it at high peak times, cable tv always buffers during programs most important times. Commercials are always clear. lol Apt Mgrs are good on fixing problems immediately....

We have lived here nearly 3 years now and have no compliants! I have been living in various apartments for the last 7 years and this has by far been the best place. It's fairly priced especially compared to places in the area, well kept and safe. We just renewed our lease for another year and we feel so at home here.
