A) Spending a ridiculous amount of money and your pet is still sick when you leave
B) Being emotionally distraught because the veterinarian looks at x-rays and jumps to the worst possible conclusion without doing anymore testing

everytime i try to use this place they have all sorts of excuses why they cant help me. and i can only get an answer from them only half the time that i call because they always seem to be closed
i took my dog to this clinic and was treated great while making the appointment(kimberly) but upon arrival my dog was taken from me and i did not see her for almost a hour with no staff explaining what was going on..the vet on duty was busy with other emergencies although my dog was having breathing issues..when i finally spoke to the vet she dr.andrews talked to me as if i were...
