Mark and his team were extremely professional. The only complaint I have, and it really isn't a complaint, just a small annoyance, is his crew was hard to talk to because there English was not that good.

Property 1 in Plano: 
The #1 issue here was that whatever contractor I hired had to deal with the extremely strict HOA guidelines (but Pearl was able to pull through). 
Here's what I contracted them to do for my house in Plano: 1. Completely redo the kitchen, which includes counter top, appliance installation, and new tile flooring. There was also some water damage that they had to fix.

Awesome!
Mark came in and Re-did my whole game room. New flooring, windows and painting, they also redid the half bath attached to it. Its great clean and professional work.
