Terrible company. Came out to check our gas fireplace in a home we had just purchased. They said "gas unit in good shape." The guy didn't light it! Had him back because unit wouldn't light. He said the unit was dead, that he couldn't fix or replace it. He cleaned out the fireplace AND THEN CHARGED US AGAIN! He wouldn't respond to my protest on this matter, and I just wanted him gone.

I had these guys come out and do some work on two fireplaces and they did not do a complete job. I called them out to finish it up and I realized what customer service means to them. Nothing. Have to give a star to post but they deserve minus stars.
