With its "simple", daily changing menu of "tasty", "healthy" soups and sandwiches assembled from "fresh" ingredients, this tiny Midtown "gem" is a "quick and satisfying" option for breakfast, lunch or dinner; maybe it's "on the pricey side", but worth it – especially when dining outside on the "nice" shaded patio.

Tonight, I had the BEST thing I have ever eaten at Metro Fresh- Lamb Lentil Soup. I eat at MF at least 2x week (and have for a very long time) so when I say best ever, that is many, many menu items.

One of my favorite places in Atlanta. The food is always fantastic and you never leave there feeling guilty for your lunch.

Every time after 6pm for dinner they never have any Vegetarian / Gluten free soups left. It’s very disappointing because I drive 15mi to get there. Left twice with not ordering anything. If management reads this please make a change and make more soup.

We were on our way to Trader Joes and saw the sign for MF. I knew by the name it would be healthful foods so we went for lunch. It blew me away. My family eats gluten-free, vegan and/or nut-free and I felt safe with the options. The kale salad was flippin' delicious. Will make a point to go back when I'm in town and get to-go boxes. Highly recommend!

Metrofresh restaurant is located next to Mellow Mushroom in the Midtown Promenade shopping center off of Monroe Drive near Trader Joe's. It offers a healthy alternative to fast-food breakfasts with home-cooked varieties. The menu changes daily for lunch and dinner. Natural soups and sandwiches can be found during lunch. Dinner will include world-class meals at tourist prices.

Situated in a hot spot of activity in the Midtown Art Cinema movie plaza, Metro Fresh is a little jewel in an area overflowing with food and entertainment. Although you might never find parking in this evil lot, once you do, grabbing one of MFs salad or sandwich combos could set you up for a nice little cheap picnic at adjacent Piedmont Park.
