They are more concerned about getting in and getting done quickly, rather than doing it right. They will not assist you with questions regarding your account easily after the fact - and they do not value their customers that have concerns after the job is done. I had a home warrenty they came in on - they changed out the outlet, and when they were told of several others, they fixed only one other and said that was all they would do, even though the home warrenty covered the others. After leaving, I later had an issue with OG&E which is a disaster in itself, but they would not assist me...
