Very bad experience with this company. I lost my money.

Very bad experience ...

I placed an online order on 7/23/2013 with next day delivery. I have never received my order till today. My experience with Metro Swim Shop is very scary. I lost my money. They are very unprofessional people. I will not suggest any one to buy any thing from them. Thanks and regards. (Edited August 08, 2013)

Metro Swim Shop has excellent customer service. I placed an order online for a swim bag and there was a problem with my bank card. Jenny sent me a personal email to notify me whereas otherwise I would have never noticed. Problem solved and the bag is on it's way in time for Christmas. I will be ordering from them again. Thanks for the personal attention that is usually lacking in online...
