The worst customer service ever, I don't know how they survive, they treat me like ""I don't need your money, get out here"". I wait for Jimmy to call me in 5 days to replace my phone, because they sold me a phone with back ground noise, I had to come down, the representative was having a conversation with some one whose told us she is a teacher and trying to control my 3 years old boy but, It seamed like she wanted to teach the salesman how to make a sex. Metro is great... Busy store but it has a friendly environment. Phone and cases are cheap verses others that charge $30.
