I hired this limo service for a retirement party. The limo was supposed to arrive by 4:OO p.m. By 4:15, since the limo had not arrived, I contacted the company. The person who answered the phone seemed confused about who I was or why I was calling. I explained that the limo was late and needed to know when to expect it. The person told me he would call back in 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, when noone called, I called again to be told that the limo was stuck in traffic since there was a "little accident" and that the driver would contact me in "five minutes"....another fifteen minutes passed....no driver....another call was placed to the company....this time I was told that the limo had broken down and that they would be working something out.....waited another half hour....no call....called again....offered to send an suv in a half hour....by this time it was 5o'clock...when told that we wanted a refund...the person on the phone said that my $200 deposit would be refunded to my bank account within a half hour....contacted the bank at the end of the evening....no reimbursement....contacted company....person who answered the phone accused me of being rude when I asked why my deposit had not been immediately reimbursed and hung up the phone on me.....I don't know what kind of business these people are running, but I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and will file a complaint if my money is not back in my bank account by monday.
