This company was hired to install exhaust fans in two existing glass block windows. They were installed in the top row. Two days later I realized they would not function there and needed to be moved down a row. Found a charge on my credit card that was not authorized and then they found it and want to jump through hoops to have it removed. I would not deal with them after this and I am looking at legal action for this.

I have never had the First Class Service like I did with Metro Glass Block Inc.. From the time I called for an estamet till the job was done they have a First Class Company. I had glass blocks put in my basement windows last week, and I have to say, the whole process was perfect! They came as soon as I called, gave me an immediate estimate, scheduled the installation at my convenience and then did the job quilckly and perfectly. The price was also way lower than I had thought it would be. Great company!!

WARNING, there are 2 Metro Glass Block Companies & they are NOT affilated at ALL. I did my research & this is what I found. Metro Glass Block ""INC."" in Mt. Clemens is an excellent company & has an ""A"" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have been a family owned business for over 16 years. Their staff have been with them for 16 years also. Metro Glass Block in ""BERKLEY"" is the company that has been receiving the horrible ratings. I wouldn't let this company within 10 feet of my home.
