If you move to this apartment building be prepared to get a PO Box or have your mail delivered to another address. In 2005 someone broke into the package room and stole packages of numerous residents. The break-in was not reported to residents until a couple of weeks later. I am continuing to experience delivery problems for packages.

They change propety managers like pimps change hookers. The main lobby is filthy! Homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. Mice, and roaches are a huge problem if you live on the floors 1 to 4. The maintenance man Eddy would go into your place and watch TV, turn on your stero and even jump on your computer!!!!

This is the worst place I have ever lived. When we first moved in we had to deal with constant interruptions from construction workers and repair men, as everything was going wrong, from the bathroom leaking to electrical work, to the sink backing up and our air conditioner breaking.
