Terrible Workmanship and Even Worse Attitude

I gave very detailed drawings to have some brackets made. The Metal Shop didn't make ANY of them correctly. I took back the ones that absolutely would not work and asked them to remake them or fix them. He got very irate and started screaming and refused to make the order right. I had even offered to buy the new material to make them, just not pay for more service hours. Do not use these...
