Excellent coaches! I was intimidated by 'Crossfits' reputation, but this Middle-aged, man that had not worked out in a while, took a deep breath and went in. I expected to see a bunch of hyper fit twenty something's working out at a level way beyond my abilities. I could not have been more wrong! The friendly, no judgement, TEAM atmosphere, is nothing like a regular gym. Dan and Christina know...

Based on 10 weeks of training at Metacomet Crossfit I have to say I'm really impressed - great staff and great people to train with! Very positive atmosphere and tough workouts. Feeling the benefits already!
