It starts with The establishment. Once we were seated a waitress name Vivia waited on us. Talk about knowledge about Mesa Mayo, the girl knew her job. We were very impressed with Vivia and she cared about her customers. Not just us, she took her time and explained everything we need to know about the menu and drinks.
