When i lived in san diego i lived here for about a year. I loved it!! Such great and clean apartments and great management. I had to leave due to job relocation but if i came back id definitely live here again.
This is the best apartment I've lived at so far in my adult life for the price I can actually afford. This apartment is in a decent location (close to markets, restaurants, freeways, etc ), has a fair price, plenty of parking, friendly and helpful staff, and it's clean and safe (security guards at night). This place is great! I was 19 when I moved out of my parents house and this was my first apt I lived in on my own I loved it, staff was really cool never any problems with the people that lived by me I'm sad I'm leaving but would be happy to come back definitely would recommend this place to anyone close to the freeway and some cool places to eat. I had a great first experience leaving home!
The apartments here are quiet for the most part, I live in a unit that is facing the road directly and can hear the traffic and noise if the windows are kept open, however when the windows are kept closed it does a good job of noise cancellation. Mesa Palm apartments is a very nice complex. I live in a one bedroom, it's very roomy, but if your sharing the complex your not able to have much privacy inside as is all open apartment, with a loft upstairs. Great location, pool/spa is nice.
