I wish that I could give a negative star rating for this business. This was my first (and last) experience with Merry Maids. We needed our new home cleaned prior to moving in our furniture. This was an empty home that had had already been professionally cleaned 2 months prior. Merry Maids happened to be the only maid service available on the day we needed the cleaning done. For our modest-sized home, they charged $608 for a cleaning.

We had everything carefully scheduled. I am meticulous about scheduling, and asked them to come at 2pm on their scheduled day. They showed up at 9am...
