Mr Mergen continued to charge my credit card for 8 months after my child no longer wanted to do karate at his studio. I have repeatedly asked him to cancel the automatic bill pay. He stated that I must produce a certified letter and hand deliver to his studio. I would think an emailed note would be sufficient and have repeatedly requested that he stop charging me. My son has so much more confidence and respect! Its been two years and my son has never once said he doesn't want to go to karate. We are so pleased with the way Mr.M works with the children.
