I frequently see Dr. Welch right after ECT (electroconvulsive therapy at McLean) to see how things are going and make future treatment plans. There are usually three psychiatrist seeing patients so you never know who you will see. I've found him to be impatient and uncaring to my needs. The rest of the ECT treatment team is exceptional and go out of their way to treat each patient with kindness...
