I was happy to be treated with respect and not prejudged because of my debts. He was willing to negotiate a settlement on my debt and now this is behind me.

I owed a debt along with two other roommates from an apartment we lived in. While I know we owed some of the money we disagreed on some of the charges. Jenny worked with me to settle my account less some of the charges we did not agree with. I visited their office to get some paperwork and it was much larger than I would have thought. They were well organized and very professional during my visit.

For a collection agency these guys are great!
I could not get my college transcripts to enroll in school until I paid this bill. To make a long story short they went out of their way and jumped through some hoops to make it happen for me. Prompt and courteous.
