I'll let family, friend and every one i met to never do business with Merchants Auto.They're liars and crooks. Bought a 2015 Kia paid over 17,000 only had it 2 months .come to find out it was in accident. We had a 2 year warranty, but because it was involved in a accident. Now there saying our warranty is null and void we had to pay out of our own pocket to have it fix,and now we're stuck...

Had a great experience buying a car here. They have great customer service. We worked with Mike Amburg and he was awesome! I would recommend anyone I know to go here if they want great customer service and to not feel pressured.
