NO HELP FROM MERCHANT LYNX

Well- after many calls to Merchant Lynx customer service- THERE IS NO HELP."Every"- the salesman who came here and lied to us has promised to come here 3 times and fix the problem- but has not showed up. "Every" did not call to say he was delayed- just a NO SHOW. BEWARE OF MERCHANT LYNX. Can anyone help us?

A few months ago- a man named "Every" called and said we we NOT receiving all the discounts we should be(on credit card processing)- and if we could show him our monthly statement and give him a few minutes of our time- he "GUARANTEED" his company(Merchant Lynx services) could save us money.
