This property has recently been taken over by new ownership and a new property management company. they are awesome and continue to make changes to the building to make it better. The only downside is the flooring. you can here your neighbors straight through the hardwood floors. This place is a great deal compared to other properties downtown. I definitely recommend it.

I can't even honestly give this place a star and really don't even know where to begin. Shady people, ghetto atmosphere, extraordinary uncleanliness, exterior windows are never washed so you can barely see out of some of them. i wish their was all carpet. The walls are tooooooooo thin. The sinks in the 2 bedroom apartments/lofts are from the high school years. The water in the shower gets cold after 11 minutes. Its okay. WOW this place is an utter joke. I am a current renter and I moved in May 2011 and everything was great for about a month. Once it started getting really hot my apartment wouldn't cool down past 77 degrees. Called Maintenance to fix the problems through the summer of 2011 to no avail.
