horrible experience

The two clerks I worked with royally screwed me. They failed to order shoes and hem pants two times in a row. We had to keep coming back, and each time they had forgotten to do something they had agreed to fix - just basic stuff like getting the sleeves hemmed in 6 FREAKING INCHES. Repeatedly. I don't know what to call that, laziness? Incompetence? Either way, avoid this place at all costs.
