The customer service representive named Brooke is not good for Menards public image. She admitted she would not even look at a broken item, no refund wanted, to let the manufacturer know about it. She said safety and recalls were up to manufactors only and no concern for the Menards service desk. Had to find a wonde...rful person named TY to help locate a manager, learn how to get a new...

After my wife and fathers experience at this store today our family will never shop menards again! Not only was our prepaid special order damaged but they didn't even have everything they had already told us they had. Then we find out that some of the lumber we've already paid for is in a bundle on a truck getting rea...dy to leave for the federal prison. We needed those 60 boards off that...
