Menards is an extremely unorganized company. I recommend taking your business across the street to the Home Depot where they care about their reputation and their customers.

Example of just one bad experience: After failing to deliver an $800 bathtub they now claim they don't have it. Also, corporate has advised the delivery department KEEPS NO RECORDS.
