Had my second bad experience with the outside yard employees in two months at this store. My husband and are both disabled seniors. We sat and waited 45 minutes for someone to help load 65 landscape block. No other customers were I'm the yard. I went three times to ask for help and yet no one appeared. We went and got a refund and left. This store needs some classes on customer service.

Just left Altoona, Iowa menards. Tyne employees were completely unhelpful and rude. Wouldn't give me the time of day. Thank God Lowes is close, not only was what I wanted cheaper but the employees are more helpful and not rude!

Horrible service, nobody knows anything about home improvement or where anything is at.
