On February 2, 2010 my services were disconnected with the outside temperature being 29 degrees. I recevied a bill on Saturday 1/30/10 through my online bill service mycheckfree.com with a balance of $910.60 due by 2/12/10 but was sill disconnected on 2/2/10.
