Having lived here, I can tell you exactly how it is. It's extremely nice. There are tons of amenities, the apartments are big, etc. The staff is nice, but often the nightstaff doesn't know many answers. I've gotten different answers many times to the same question. As with most maintanence, it takes a while to respond, but they will come out. I'd recommend it if you're living with a friend, but...
