I used to love Melange, but... they had some tax or money problems apparently and were closed down. Unfortunately I have a worthless $100 gift certificate. Our last meal there was a family affair, and the food had gone downhill as well... I hope that when the economy picks up, that Joe will get a new place - good luck!!

The food was excellent, but this restaurant was shut down in spring 2013 for non-payment of back taxes.

My wife and I love coming to Melange because its very quaint with great food and service at a great price. The New Orleans style food menu boast real flavor especially if you like spices. This is a must do if you are in South Jersey. Worth the wait!
