Unprofessional and Racist
I just came from the Meineke in East Brunswick and the clown who was in charge there acted like a racist prick, then had the nerve to call me a racist because I asked him why has he been given employees, customers, and everyone else who walked in the store attitude? I never even mentioned anything about race but this professional conman accused me of being a racist when the conversation was about him overcharging me and snapping on me and everyone else he comes in contact with. I have been going to Meineke for 5 years and have never encountered such nonsense. This is a disgrace to say the least!!
Why is this clown part of your managing team? I guess times are really hard because this guy is in charge of your store. You'll never catch me there again...not as long as this racist clown works there!!!
By the way, he barely wore a face mask while in the presence of customers. Check your cameras and see for yourselves.

Pleasant Surprise
This is going to be my go to place. Joe and Monica bent over backward to find an affordable solution. My vehicle has 3 catayltic converters and another repair place and the dealer said I needed all 3. Joe did the diagnostic, identified the bad on and replaced it. The bill was about 1/4 of what I was quoted elsewhere. The truck never ran better. Thank you Joe and Monica!!

they f*****d my oil pan
This season when it was a little warmer out I went to change my oil as when it was cold out meinike changed it because I didnt want to go under there myself. Upon pulling my drain plug out it was stripped and the nut thats welded inside the pan was broken off now I need a new oil pan thanks to here either unskilled workers or scumbag owner or who wants to rip people off for extra money.
