I purchased a Kindle Fire for mothers day and wanted to get a Vera Bradley case. I went into Megan's Treasures to because they carry Vera's line. Well I was totally dismissed by the two sales associates neither one wanted to helped and they argued about who was going to help "HER." These two white ladies walked in and they were greeted and asked if they needed assistance. I actually came in with money to purchase something the two white ladies were just shooting the breeze. People of color beware of Megan's Treasures.

I agree with the previous review. Associate when asked what their return policy was never stated that it would be only in store credit. Less than 24 hours needed to return purchase was pointed to a 5x8 framed picture and the bottom of my receipt. At lest the associate could have pointed to the 5x8 fram in case she could not remember their simple policy the day before and avoided this whole mess. Employees were not friendly even accused me the customer that I was wrong when I stated that she never stated their correct return policy when asked. In this day and age store credit should not exsist with all the big retailers and online companies better return policy. This mom and pop store still has a lot to learn on how to conduct and train their staff on customer service. Well that was the last time I set foot in their buisness. They just lost a customer for life. Plus word of mouth, facebook, twitter, and local rating buisness is very strong and will let all my friends and family know not to shop their.

The customer service and return policy is poor. The people working there are unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. The merchandise is nice, but I will not shop there due to the staff and them making you feel unwelcome when you enter the store.
