I selected this company based on glowing reviews. I chose to ignore the negative reviews, and paid dearly for it. IMHO, I now perceive the glowing reviews as astroturfing by the company and/or employees. My problem: A five year old Sony Vaio laptop would have the display occasionally go completely black.
