A great restaurant with wonderful food... Definitely have the artichoke hearts for a starter! Everyone's meal was delightful...veal, fish and amazing clams and fettuccine. The coveted patio is very relaxing

Meditarraneo is probably the nicest upscale dinner house in East County...other than the high end steak houses at the three big casinos. Great place for a fun and/or romantic dinner

My husband and I love this place. They have a wonderful patio that is great all year around, as separate bar area and an nice inside dinning room. Service is great and the food is to die for. Great Italian dishes and wonderful salads. Try the specials always a good choice.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fantastic - very personable with great recommendations. Our meal consisted of spinach salad, Sicilian style lasagne, braised tenderloin with gnocchi, and cheesecake for dessert. All of this was authentically made by Mama Anna from Italy.
