Beautiful grounds, friendly and efficient staff, nice fixtures and finishes, good security. Buildings are well-maintained, though low quality, old (1970's) and creaky - not aging well. Unit...

Possibly one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. Great management (at the time it was Tamara Copeland), and great team (Dolories is really sweet and addresses tenants questions/concerns...

Seemed liked an okay place and I rented an apartment. 10 days before I was to move in, I got a call saying the current occupant had changed his mind and was staying. I understand now that that can happen, but did not know that then. It would have been nice if the rental agent had warned me up front that this was a risk when renting an occupied apartment.
