Dr. Castellaw's is great, his personal assistant....not so much. Was diagnosed with bronchitis and sinusitis and she wanted me to go back to work in 48 hours and would only wrote a doctors note for 48 hours. I was still sick after 48 hours…

Frustrated patient - I see a few others are just as frustrated as I am with this group and their administrative abilities. I have been a patient for several years and was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Dr. Pomykala suggested that I go to their diabetes management class that is held once a month so I went to the regularly scheduled class last month. I arrived at 8:30 when I was told the class started - well it's regularly scheduled to start at 9, so that was 30 min of wasted time. The instructor Kristin Betts (I believe was her name) didn't get the class started until 9:20, so that was...
