For quick and easy access to medical care this is the place to go I have been taking my family there since the opening in 2008 have been to ku south and others and this practice is quick and easy and not far to walk. Why the bad reviews? My wife and I have both been here a few times and always received prompt and professional service. The PA I was seen by was more attentive to my concerns than many doctors I've had experience with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. As to price, and service... try the SMH Emergency Room next time. Hah! Medical Express is a bargain with or without insurance.

Terrible people answering the phone and at the front desk. Raised the prices for a visit within a couple of months from $69 to $100. Ridiculous...

A waste of time and money. I waited a long time before a nurse finally told me they couldn't do anything to help diagnose or treat my injury. Because I submitted my insurance info, I also ended up paying a lot more than their advertised $69 advertised basic rate. Avoid this place.
