The best advice i have to people is to stay far away from this company.. I even called corp office and they can careless as well. We have old boxes and they dont have any new boxes service is slow they come out and so work and leave cords outside hooked up and running across our walkway and just left.. i wonder if someone trips who is responsible since it is on our property. very expensive for...

Worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been with them 17 days I still don t have service and I got a bill for over 5 tlmes what the quoted me. there installers are didn t update the firmware and there representitives were irritable short spoken and unhelpful. I told them to come get thier equipment before I thew it out.

Mediacom Took My Money After My Service Was Cancelled

Okay, I had to check a rating but really they deserve a negative number! I canceled my service with Mediacom after 16 months because they hook you in with a lower 1st year rate, but when that?s over they sock it to you by doubling the rate. When I cancelled my service and returned my equipment in perfect condition, which was prior to the start of my next month?s service date, they forgot to go into their computer and inactivate my account. Therefore took a payment from my bank account of $168.65 for service that I was not getting. When I contacted them about the error, I had already bounced...
