Worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been with them 17 days I still don t have service and I got a bill for over 5 tlmes what the quoted me. there installers are didn t update the firmware and there representitives were irritable short spoken and unhelpful. I told them to come get thier equipment before I thew it out.

Okay, I had to check a rating but really they deserve a negative number! I canceled my service with Mediacom after 16 months because they hook you in with a lower 1st year rate, but when that?s over they sock it to you by doubling the rate. When I cancelled my service and returned my equipment in perfect condition, which was prior to the start of my next month?s service date, they forgot to go into their computer and inactivate my account.
