Went to Dr. Bouknight in 2016 for my husband who needed sinus surgery. Even though it was a difficult case, she was incredibly competent and his quality of life has greatly improved. Dr. Bouknight appears to be very knowledgeable, and a Great Physician. Her Office customer service is fair. Members of her staff, appear to be ineffective in scheduling appointments. I have gotten calls from the office and called back after a missed call and staff did not know who called me or why?
