I am a current resident of Medford Multicare Center. While no one likes being in a nursing home, I needed the care and I am very pleased with the treatment I received. They bend over backwards to accomodate you & when you have a complaint, they do something about it! They definitely aim to please! For my stay at Medford, they took great care of me. My mother "fell" at Medford right "fell" two black eyes. This place is a joke. Don't go there, there are better places get an education on other nursing homes and then make a decision. My mom is gone now and I feel guilty everyday.

My family member was there for just over 2 months and the care was horrible. I don't know what i would've done if we needed longer term care. Staff was rude from start to finish. i found maybe 2 staff members that were pleasant and the rest I can't believe they do this for a living. I forgot to mention that Medford took great care of my lovely wife, Mary Buffini, for more than a year while she was dying of cancer. We were married for 50 years and I still miss her every day! The nurses & aides took care of her as if she was their own mother! They were WONDERFUL! The staff always goes beyond the call of duty. I mean it! -James Buffini
