I was very disappointed that I scheduled the pick up for 9 A.M. with a 3 P.M. return and was required to pick up before 4 P.M. the day before since they were not open on Sunday and I was still charged for 2 days, even though I only scheduled for a partial day and did not need the trailer the extra day.

Agent wasn't sure on process, took over an hour just to get out of the office and to the truck.
