I lived here for 5 years and moved almost 5 years ago. My lot rent went up every year I was there n when I moved was at $431 a month, there was rarely a security officer and my car was broken into more than once as well as my home being broke into during the middle of the day while I was at work. Meadowbrook Estates is definitely the best mobile home park in Monroe!!! The management has a wonderful open door policy and they try to resolve all issues within a reasonable time frame. Any one who disses management has never been to the office to speak with them. If you speak to the manager you are guaranteed to get your issues resolved. There rules are strict but they are fair. management is unreasonable with problems, will not work with tenants to a mutual close on problems, makes up rules for their benefit, charges undue and unnessary fees, amenities are extremely lacking for the highest rent base in town. Look else where!
