I am very impressed with the Internet sales Team, particularly , Jamie. I live in VA and inquired about a 2011 Cadillac CTS. I purchased new 2012 sonic with 172 miles next business day defective transmission-they refused to replace this car despite the lost value of the vehicle. I had car inspected by another dealership determined the transmission had debris from manufacture and would not shift 2-3-3-4 and cam phaser damage on transmission.
